As Flash continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our US operations. The Business Development Manager will be a crucial driving force in achieving our strategic brand partnerships.
Core requirements and responsibilities include:
Business Development:
- Develop & demonstrate knowledge of Flash product proposition
- Craft the brand partnerships GTM along with the leadership team, considering partner requirements & flash offerings
- Onboard new brand partnerships for collaboration for launch & beyond
- Drive strategic barters with top brands in lieu of visibility & rewards
Drive Key Metrics:
- Brands onboarded/activated across categories & tiers basis their ecommerce revenue)
- Monetization - Develop a strategy towards business monetisation
- Nurture partnerships with brands for future revenue opportunities
Market Intelligence:
- Source local intelligence to the product to ensure strong organic value to customers & brands
- Demonstrate expertise on media / ecommerce trends to internal & external stakeholders
- Work closely with the global product & engineering teams to define the business product roadmap
