Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
for eCommerce services.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and
training to enhance their performance.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in need of eCommerce services, including
platform development, digital marketing, and optimization.
Conduct in-depth sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients,
showcasing our solutions and their benefits.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs
and company objectives.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and
stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs
and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide
tailored eCommerce solutions.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive
landscape in the eCommerce sector.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business
opportunities and refine sales strategies
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and
promotional materials for eCommerce services.
Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure successful
implementation and delivery of eCommerce solutions.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client
interactions.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to
senior management.
Networking:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
functions to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential
partners.
