Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager / Business Development Manager to join our remote team. As a CSM at Forge Strategy, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are kept informed, their goals are being met, and any questions or concerns are handled promptly. Your role is essential to building long-term relationships with clients and helping them succeed through our tailored services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to Forge Strategy’s services and expectations.
- Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing regular updates on campaign performance and ensuring clear communication.
- Email Campaign Drafting: Write personalized, compelling emails for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with the client’s value proposition and brand for their ideal customer profile.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (KPIs) and ensure clients are not only meeting but exceeding, their goals.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues, always ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Value Addition: Proactively check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer suggestions on how Forge Strategy can provide additional value.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth communication between campaign execution and client success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports that outline performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a sales, marketing, or a lead generation environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a remote team environment.
- Adept at handling multiple clients and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights to improve performance.

- Base salary: Starting at 60,000 CAD with OTE of 95,000 - 110,000 CAD based on commissions
