Job Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll develop and implement strategies to boost Recruitly's brand visibility, enhance recognition, and drive user acquisition. Ideal for a creative, results-driven individual ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct competitor research and curate content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
-Develop templates and create social media banners to strengthen brand presence.
-Plan and coordinate webinars and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
-Execute integrated marketing campaigns for user acquisition and engagement across various channels.
-Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and more.
-Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
-Track and analyze marketing metrics to monitor ROI and optimize campaign performance and present weekly reports
-Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing and recruitment tech.
-Look into 2 types of marketing:
Organic:
Email Marketing
LinkedIn
Backlinking (Responding to users questions, Posting about recruitly on forums/ blogs)
Paid:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Campaigns
Facebook/Instagram/Youtube Campaigns
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within tech or SaaS.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
-Strong project management abilities.
-Experience with design tools like Canva (Photoshop is a plus).
