About the Role

Your primary goal in this role is to drive the initiatives of the Career Assistance Platform at the Institute of Product Leadership. At the Institute of Product Leadership, the focus is on empowering individuals and fostering career development. The Career Assistance Platform (CAP) serves as a comprehensive resource, offering support to professionals in shaping and building successful careers. CAP regularly runs hiring events and career-focused events for the alumni and corporate executives to engage towards discovering opportunities and showcasing talent.

Your Job Responsibilities in this Role

1. Develop and maintain a strong ecosystem network of relationships with Senior Executives, Talent recruiters and Hiring Managers in the Product and Data Industry
2. Creating robust search strategies and conducting research to spot opportunities for product & data leadership roles at the target companies
3. Drive match-making exercises regularly targeting the right opportunities with the right IPLites based on their career strategies
4. Plan and organize executive networking and talent showcase events to create F2F engagements with Senior Executives/Hiring Managers for IPLites
5. Coordinate with IPLites in engaging them in career management initiatives including devising personalized career strategies and leveraging technology platforms used for showcasing IPL talent.
6. Coordinating with the marketing team about CAP events and success stories to create regular buzz around CAP activities

Qualifications & Requirements

2. Prior experience working in the Placement/Corporate Relations department is preferred
3. Ability to navigate the corporate recruiting and executive network to spot and navigate the opportunities in the industry
4. Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
5. Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Workspace and CRM
6. Planning and organizing and executing events
7. Excellent people and management skills to interact with diverse stakeholders to be a strong team player**
