Drive growth by achieving sales targets through managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, deal closure, and transitioning clients to the delivery team. Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship building. Proactively identify new opportunities via email, networking, and strategic alliances, while ensuring key performance indicators are regularly reported to management. Collaborate on strategic planning with management to design and execute a business plan that expands the client base and enhances market presence.
