About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of our Salesforce platform (and Marketing Cloud). You are expected to bring your Salesforce expertise and lead the evolution of Enova’s current Salesforce implementation. This position calls for a leader who is innovative, decisive, and focused on delivering exceptional products. As a leader, you will manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for the SMB’s instance of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud,
- Gain a deep understanding of our key Sales and Marketing functions and processes and drive quarterly commits, delivery and value articulation,
- Determine and execute opportunities to enhance sales team efficiency,
- Manage and guide a product management team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations to build and incrementally improve software
- Drive continuous improvement in product management processes, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with engineering to determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve our business and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce product management or salesforce consulting. 3-5 years of people management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or others are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in product launches and effective management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative, decisive, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality traits.
For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted salary range is $165,000-$185,000, but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in incentive plans, and the Company’s benefits plans.
