Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (Growth)

This role right now is a Part-time equity only role, but we will soon change that as investors are coming in. All current employees are equity based and have a piece of the pie. All hoping to strike it rich. We are looking for someone who is capable of working on a project on the side or after hours and be able to truly dedicate their time and resources to the product. Tech and Start-up are not easy but can be very rewarding.

UMagnet AI is seeking a marketing ninja with 4+ years of experience to co-found and propel our pioneering mobile application that integrates artificial inference to enhance dating skills for men, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives across various channels, focusing on both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Drive user acquisition and digital presence scaling through targeted marketing experiments including, but not limited to, paid partnerships, customer referrals, affiliate programs, sponsorship, and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with the founding team to design and implement creative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance to derive insights and implement actionable changes to accelerate metrics across conversion, engagement, and acquisition.
• Report on marketing results, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with online communities, fostering growth and promoting user interaction with our product.
• Work closely with C-Suite to ensure that UMagnet AI’s brand and value propositions are consistently and effectively communicated.

About You:

• Proven track record of driving growth and scaling user bases.
• Extensive knowledge of performance marketing channels including paid search, social media, and SEO.
• A data-driven mindset complemented by an ability to be nimble and creative in campaign development.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to operate both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on implementational capacity.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messages across various audiences.
• Passion for technology and innovation, especially in mobile applications and AI.
• Willingness to dive deep into the technology of AI and its applications in social and personal contexts.
• Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing growth strategies and marketing tactics.
