Identifying potential wholesalers from different product categories and getting them onboard. Inventory, Billing, Pricing Analysis, Buyer.
Order Processing to Order dispatching to the Customer.
Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs Research and identify new customers P&L responsibility for growing client's business on all marketplaces Build processes, business reporting, calendars to communicate merchandising & promotional plans on all marketplaces Identify product, service or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly Vendor Management.
Identify potential buyers for all the product range.
Guide the sellers/vendors on the benefits of registering on e-commerce platform.
Communicating with the vendors through calls and e-mails.
Ensure good account management by coordinating with the Seller Acquisition team.
Follow-up with Vendors to ensure smooth running of their store.
OVER ALL TO HANDEL END TO END OPERATIONS OF ECOMMERCE.
