As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders within our Benefits Operations function to dig into the weeds on our data. You will be responsible for building automated reports, data modeling, and providing actionable insights. You will work with other departments to improve the overall understanding of our business and help solve complex problems as we continue to evolve.

- Perform both regular and ad hoc analyses around key business questions
- Build and maintain reports, models, and dashboards around these key metrics to monitor and improve performance
- Translate complicated analyses into actionable insights across the organization
- Strategize data needs of the Benefits organization together with the other members of the BI team
- Provide analytical support to other departments as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SQL and translating complex data questions into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction
- Experience converting complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Experience working with Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel or another tool for data manipulation
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts with willingness to learn dbt
- Knowledge of at least one statistical programming language preferred, with willingness to learn Python
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 to $134,200.00 per year.
