JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analysis to join our growing team. As the Business Analysis, you are the bridge between the customer and the Troy Web team. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and then translate those needs into technical requirements for developers. We are looking for someone who is innovative, self-driven, has strong business analysis skills for technical solutions, combined with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to lead discussions in gathering requirements. You will also play a key role in sales, testing and helping to implement new systems and processes.​

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field or equivalent on the job experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering development projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with business analysis methodologies. Examples:
  • SWOT Analysis
  • Business Process Modelling (BPM)
  • Use Case Modeling
  • Brainstorming
  • Non-functional Requirement Analysis
  • Requirement Analysis
  • User Stories
  • CATWOE
• Experience and enjoyment working closely with UI/UX designers

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements: This involves meeting stakeholders, understanding their needs, and documenting them in a clear and concise way.
• Perform and facilitate requirements gathering, modeling and documentation activities using contemporary agile methods, techniques & models
• Defining and documenting business processes: This involves mapping out how things are currently done and then designing improvements.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders: This involves keeping stakeholders informed of progress and making sure that they are happy with the results.
• Designing and implementing solutions to business problems: This involves coming up with creative solutions to problems and then seeing them through to completion.
• Provide assistance with support, debugging, troubleshooting, testing and quality assurance efforts for various projects and software products
• Creating and presenting requirements documents and presentations: This involves communicating complex information to stakeholders in a way that they can understand.
• Effectively communicating with clients and team members
• Provide various levels of support for our product division & our customers’ software products
• “First Responder” activities with Troy Web Consulting team & clients to handle situational issues
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: This involves keeping up with the latest changes in the field of business analysis and making sure that you are using the most effective methods.
• Working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure form and function meet the client’s needs.

Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000
