If so, Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Business Support Associate (BSA) to join our growing team!

In the BSA role you will support a regional team of technicians in quote and invoice preparation, communicate customer expectations, and support the achievement of organizational goals. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for providing customers with service information, quotes, and invoices. For the team, you will analyze, prepare, and communicate operating results.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (with on call rotation)
Work Location: This is a remote opportunity, but candidates MUST be located within our service territory. (ME, NH, VT, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH, NC, SC)

Since 2011, Capstone Mechanical has been providing the commercial HVAC industry with a unique and rewarding customer experience. At Capstone we provide service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment for our Multi-Site Retail Customers such as Kohl's, Dick Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Starbucks, and many more. Our office is based in Portsmouth, NH, and since 2011 our territory has grown to cover most of the Eastern Seaboard.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:
Assist Capstone Mechanical achieve organizational goals by:

Coordinate communications between technicians, customers, and team members.
Prepare quotes and process invoices.
Analyze operational results and present findings.
Utilize technology to improve communication, analysis, and cost reduction.
Identify opportunities for improvement in quality and cost.
Support customer inquiries.
Update customer records based on interactions.
Opportunity to participate in special projects based on strengths and areas of growth.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2-4 years of post-graduate experience in Customer Service, Administration, or other related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
