Description:

Grasping the essential challenges of the client's field of business
Proposals based on TOC (Theory Of Constraints)
Judging the accuracy of system measures against business issues (architecture, ROI)
Building up a self-driven, autonomous team
Fostering a welcoming an open culture, overcoming cultural and social barriers.
Serving as a driving force to help Tribeat deliver high-level value while adapting to time zone and location constraints
Attending meetings with clients
Other general PM duties

Requirements:

Bilingual(Japanese+English), business level for both
3-5 years engineering experience (experience in requirement definition and basic design required) + 1-2 years PM, PL experience
Working in Japan (living in Japan or on-site for at least six months)
Open-minded personality
Giver mindset
Engineering management with business sense.
