The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced VP of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution across our portfolio. In this high-impact role, you'll:

• Drive SimplyCodes to the #1 position in the coupon industry
• Establish Product.ai as a leading AI shopping assistant
• Lead network-wide product growth and innovation
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team
• Leverage ShopGraph as the core asset driving product success

You'll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce at Demand.io.

What You'll Do

• Lead overall product strategy and execution across the Demand.io network
• Drive SimplyCodes to market leadership through innovative features and growth strategies
• Launch and grow Product.ai, establishing it as a premier AI shopping assistant
• Lead international rollout of multiple properties
• Develop and implement growth product strategies for SimplyCodes and other properties
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers
• Leverage ShopGraph to drive innovation and success across all products
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams to deliver cutting-edge e-commerce solutions

A Day in the Life

As VP of Product Management at Demand.io, you might:

• Review SimplyCodes' market share growth and strategize on reaching #1 position
• Meet with the Product.ai team to plan the beta launch and discuss user satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with international teams on SimplyCodes' expansion into new markets
• Lead a product strategy session with your team, ensuring alignment with company OKRs
• Work with the ShopGraph team to implement new AI-powered features across products

About You

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in product leadership.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong background in e-commerce, AI/ML products, and marketplace dynamics
• Proven success in driving products to market leadership positions
• Experience in launching and scaling new products, particularly in AI or e-commerce
• Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with international product launches and localization
• Background in developer platforms or API products
• Familiarity with blockchain or other emerging technologies in e-commerce

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

At Demand.io, we align individual success with company performance:

• Competitive base salary: $250,000 - $350,000 DOE
• Equity: 1.00% - 2.00% initial grant in a $100M+ valuation company

Partners Program: Our profit-sharing system

• Substantial cash bonuses tied to company performance
• Additive to already competitive core compensation package
• Potential to earn multiples of base salary through monthly profit-sharing
• Rewards exceptional performance and long-term commitment

The Partners Program provides increasing rewards as Demand.io grows. Eligibility typically begins after 3 months based on performance, with increasing bonus percentages as you advance through Partner levels.
