B2B2C Product Manager - SaaS and Marketplace experience preferred

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technical product manager / CPO with engineering skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a passion for technology and innovation, possessing a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front on the product: oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of the tech roadmap with the engineering team.
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of technical infrastructure.
• Develop a strategic vision for the product and execute it efficiently, aligning with company goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring effective communication.
• Assess and prioritize feature builds and enhancements, understanding both technical scope and business impact.
• Advise on market trends and consumer behaviors in the recruitment and/or B2B2C space to inform product decisions, tool selection, and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Solid technical background to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the technical challenges and opportunities of the product.
• Proficient knowledge of Ruby on Rails and JS (required)
• Proficiency in designing and developing products with a strong focus on user experience, catering to the needs and preferences of both businesses and consumers.
• Strong background in data science and analytics and experience/interest in machine learning and language models.
• Experienced in agile and lean startup methodologies to facilitate rapid and flexible product development.
• Leadership skills to guide, inspire, and manage a engineering and product teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and internal teams.
• Plus: B2B2C SaaS Product Management, Marketplace, or Gamification product experience, with a focus on delivering value to both business clients and end consumers.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
