Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business.
- Present Amazon Growth Lab’s services, including PPC management, brand consulting, and listing optimization, to potential partners.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and manage ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to align strategies.
- Track sales metrics, report on progress, and refine strategies based on performance.
- Stay updated with trends in Amazon marketing and eCommerce solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the eCommerce or marketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s seller ecosystem or digital marketing services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
About the Role/Compensation
Our average client is valued at $5,000 per month, with most retaining services for over three years. In the past eight months alone, one of our sales team members successfully signed 30 new clients.
This role offers a 5% commission on every client retainer—in perpetuity. In practice, the previous salesperson in this position earned over $250,000 in total compensation, including commission. If you're results-oriented and motivated to build long-term client partnerships, this role is for you.
Base is 70k and up to 250k commission
