Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with key e-commerce clients and dealers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Product Listings: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal through high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
- Order Management: Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Dealer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging product descriptions and marketing content that resonate with our target audience and enhance user experience.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive e-commerce growth.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and gathering feedback.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on account performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in account management or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online retail dynamics.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Strong writing skills for crafting product descriptions and marketing content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
