Senior Solution Consultant, Global Customer Projects

What the job involves:

• Lead and simplify client projects with a lot of moving parts across onboarding; data migration and implementation; CRM, HRIS and bank integrations and more.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer need and build processes that are scalable for future success of all costumers
• Manage stakeholders joyfully and helping customers succeed by give them get a truly exceptional experience of Light

*Requirements: *

• Cross-functional experience across accounting, systems and integrations with a flair for project management
• Your have exceptional interpersonal skills, energy and structured presentation skills to give c-level and operational finance teams certainty when onboarding Light
• Your attention to detail, outstanding communication skills (phone, listening, and writing) will set you up for success
• Self-driven, ambitious and you see what needs to be done. You have the desire to grow with Light

Desirable requirements

• Experience driving projects for ERP integrations, accounting systems or bank integrations projects
• 1-3 years of consulting in Big4
