We are looking for a Data Engineer to focus on our Mobile Solutions Org (Invoice Simple & Joist).

The Data Engineer will develop and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines, working closely with analytics, growth, and engineering teams to shape long-term data strategies. You'll implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and accessibility and collaborate with business analytics teams to improve data models and support data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with analytics, growth engagement, other data stakeholders and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.
- Create and maintain scalable and reliable data architectures; develop and manage data pipelines to support the ingestion, transformation, and integration of data from various sources.
- Administer and optimize databases, including Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift, to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Implement standardized data governance practices, including data cleansing, normalization, and documentation, to ensure application data is accurate, complete, current, understandable, and accessible.
- Compile requirements and specifications, and coordinate efforts with engineering and business intelligence teams to implement solutions and resolve blockers (both technical and process).
- Collaborate with business analytics teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
