Your Role:

Collaborate with clients to understand and transform their laboratory needs into innovative solutions.
Utilize our cutting-edge LabSci LIMS Product to craft and deliver technology solutions that significantly improve our clients' laboratory operations.
Be an integral part of our team, working to define and fulfill the needs of our client laboratories, customizing and configuring software to optimize lab performance.

Are you the right mix?:

You're an ideal candidate if you have a solid foundation in science, coupled with experience in a laboratory setting, and a keen interest in technology. Whether you've been coding professionally, scripting Excel macros, or dabbling in software development, your ability to understand and apply technical concepts is what sets you apart.

Key Qualifications:

• A scientific degree and meaningful laboratory experience. It is important for you to have empathy for the scientist working in the laboratory using our software.
• A knack for solving problems using technology, with experience in coding or similar technical activities.
• The desire to continuously learn and apply new scientific and technical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your time effectively and contributing to our clients' success.
• Highly detailed oriented, effecient, and direct.

Technical Skills We Value:

A foundational understanding of coding and tech savvy. Learning new technology tools is natural for you and essential.
Familiarity with general laboratory practices and a commitment to excellence in the lab.
While specific knowledge of technologies like Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, HTML/CSS, and programming languages (Typescript, C#) is beneficial, eagerness to learn on the job is equally valued.
