Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales professional to play a critical role in our sales process. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals remotely. As part of the inside sales team, you will work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and the on-ground sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and online channels.
- Client Engagement: Understand the client’s requirements and present appropriate real estate solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an accurate CRM with all client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, resolve objections, and support the site sales team over calls or virtual meetings in closing sales deals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing prompt, personalized service and post-sales support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, project updates, and competitor activities to effectively pitch our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
