Assessment Developer

We are seeking an Assessment Developer to create and design a wide variety of skill-based assessments for our candidate evaluation platform. You’ll be instrumental in building high-quality, comprehensive assessments across diverse fields.

Expectation from Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skill assessments, a strong grasp of psychometric principles, and the ability to create engaging and accurate tests that measure candidate expertise effectively.

Responsibilities
Design and develop skill-based assessments across multiple domains (technical, soft skills, industry-specific skills).
Collaborating with cross-functional or external teams to create effective evaluation tools and ensuring the quality and accuracy of assessments.
Recruit assessment creator based on matched skill and expertise.
Research and analyze trends to ensure assessments align with current industry standards and job requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Ensure assessments are designed to accurately measure knowledge, skills, and competencies at varying levels.
Use psychometric tools to analyze and improve the validity and reliability of assessments.
Continuously refine and update assessments based on feedback, user data, and emerging trends.
Document the assessment development process and guidelines for scalability.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in developing skill assessments or tests, ideally within HR, EdTech, or talent acquisition platforms.
Strong understanding of psychometrics, test development, and validation processes.
Ability to work with SMEs across various fields to ensure high-quality, accurate assessments.
Familiarity with assessment software and tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

You Must Ensure
Own laptop or Desktop with power backup
Strong internet connectivity and backup through mobile internet
Calm environment to facilitate remote office
8 hours/Day required to complete and to be tracked through nominated tracker by the company
Mandatory hours (Bangladesh time 9:30 AM - 1 PM and 3 PM - 6 PM).
