We are looking for our founding Sales & Marketing hire to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product, we are looking to grow from 1-10.

What You’ll Do
- We are still developing our tools, processes, and workflows. You'll play a key role in building these out, identifying what works, testing, and scaling
- Take charge of the outbounding campaigns end-to-end, from lead gen to data scrapping/extracting contacts, setting up the campaigns with sequences, experimenting with copies and measuring results
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, growth hacking, CRO, marketing automation etc
- Initiate and manage partnerships with other SaaS companies, VCs, accelerators for perk listings
- Initiate, monitor, and refine campaigns across various channels to guide prospects and customers through the sales funnel
- Conduct growth experiments to understand our customers, reach a larger audience, and scale successful strategies based on their ROI
Who You Are
- Have a 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and growth role in early stage SaaS startup
- Demonstrated experience in implementing - Outbounding, Partnerships, GTM, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all marketing areas, with particular expertise in product and growth marketing
- Understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of working in an early-stage startup environment
- Self-starter with strong motivation and a passion for delivering tangible results
