Non-executive Director

We are a small dynamic company that provides higher education services that include:

• Curriculum and course design for colleges in Canada and overseas
• Consulting on new college registrations

We are seeking an experienced and insightful Non-Executive Director to join our board on a part-time basis. This role requires 4 hrs of work each month, participating in group discussions, committee meetings, or providing written feedback. If you have a passion for strategic growth and a knack for providing constructive advice, we'd like to hear from you.

The role pays $125/hr ($500/month) and includes

Strategic Input
Advisory Role: Offer independent advice and constructive criticism as it relates to:

• The company's overall strategy and performance.
• Products and services
• Market Analysis

This role also has the potential to evolve into a full-time executive role
