About the job
The Director of Demand Generation role at Pramata is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to help strengthen and grow demand and revenue marketing efforts within a clearly defined market. This requires close collaboration with our revenue team and executive leadership to achieve a highly specialized and coordinated ABM strategy. We’re talking about fishing with a spear not a net; and landing large, highly profitable fish.
The right candidate will be self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded—having experience in strategic planning and team leadership, but also willing to take a hands-on role in executing the plan as Pramata continues its rapid growth phase. This is an exciting opportunity to refine and build upon a high-functioning demand generation engine and have direct impact and shared ownership over revenue goals and year-over-year growth.
The ideal candidate will:
● Focus on the right accounts within our defined market, identify key contacts within those accounts and execute a targeted ABM effort to effectively move these accounts through the entire sales funnel.
● Direct end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
● Manage the demand generation strategic planning, including industry events, email nurture, and digital advertising.
● Directly manage Business Development team members, guiding their day-to-day work
● Fluently navigate and manage the use and maintenance of marketing automation systems, including SalesLoft, Salesforce, Pardot, and Apollo.
● Provide executive-level reporting on campaign progress, metrics on lead generation efforts, cost per lead, etc., on a regular basis.
● Internalize and understand the Pramata value proposition and supporting messages, working closely with Content Marketing & Creative team to ensure alignment between campaign plans and creative content.
Preferred Experience:
● Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement or related industry knowledge
● Vertical or specialized market focus
● Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
● Account-based marketing (ABM) planning and execution
● Proven collaboration with sales and product teams
● Experience working with and/or managing business development reps
● Marketing automation + Salesforce proficiency
● Strong project and program management skills
● Highly organized with keen attention to detail
● Self-motivated, creative thinker and entrepreneurial spirit
● Experience working for a start-up or high growth company is a plus
