We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our ambitious and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of delivering value to customers while taking commercial ownership of their book of business, particularly in a fast-paced environment; aligning with our mission to ‘Understand Every Voice’.
You will be the 'conductor of the Orchestra', ensuring our customers voices are heard across product, marketing, and finance teams. This role requires a highly motivated individual that takes a proactive approach to customer success and hitting targets.
What you'll be doing
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Liaise with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon. You are the voice of the customer.
- Proactively engage in conversations around renewals and upselling, showcasing the value and impact of Speechmatics innovative solutions.
- Develop strategies to maximise growth and de-risk churn, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Work closely with the Director of Customer Success and team members to drive customer success initiatives.
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in Customer Success, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment. Experience with technical API-based products is a plus.
- An individual with a hunger to learn and grow within the company.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, to a variety of stakeholder.
- Proven track record of working independently, taking initiative to deliver targets.
- Ability to present data and insights effectively, building rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and aligns with our company values.
