Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Min of 7 years’ experience in selling PLASTIC injection molding products
• College degree is a plus not necessary providing they have the experience in selling and injection molding industry
• Should be willing to make an effort to come to New Jersey to the office once in a while to meet with other people
• Injection molding sales should be all over their resume
• Sales is most important but also need some technical skills and knowledge in needed as well.
• Experience in selling to “fillers” , which are companies that put products in the containers.

What You'll Do:

• Drive groundbreaking sales for our plastic injection molding products.
• Forge and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, especially fillers and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with our team to innovate and enhance our product offerings.
