As a Business Analytics Specialist you will be part of a talented team that works together with others squads/teams and support them on making the best decision for the business, you will have constant contact with the high-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reporting and tracking the performance of Recargapay's products
• Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget
• Manipulate large database to create report inputs, analysis, and deep-dives, helping in the decision-making
• Collaborate with other areas, such as product, tech, marketing, and compliance to conduct and deliver complex analysis, in a way to create new paths/routes focusing on expansion, development, promotions, etc
• Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements

Requirements

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.

• Experience with large databases and analytics/BI

• Advanced SQL and Excel/Sheets

• Average English or spanish

• Experience in fintech or digital banks is a plus

• Experience in credit card, CRM, Fraud or Loans is a plus
