Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support our daily operations. As an intern at Ayuryuj, you will be involved in various operational aspects, including liaising with distributors, communicating with customers, managing packers, and sourcing new vendors. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distributors Coordination: Communicate with distributors to ensure timely delivery of products, maintain inventory levels, and resolve any issues related to supply chain.
  2. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  3. Packers Management: Coordinate with packing teams to ensure the correct packaging, labeling, and dispatching of orders.
  4. Vendor Sourcing: Identify and negotiate with new vendors to expand product offerings and secure the best deals for the company.
  5. Order Tracking & Fulfillment: Assist in tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of all customer orders.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the operational processes and suggest improvements.
  7. Administrative Support: Help maintain records, update reports, and support the team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders (distributors, customers, vendors).
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
