Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth audience research to understand the needs and pain points of
both B2C and B2B customer segments.
Develop a clear and differentiated brand message that resonates with both
audiences.
Create a comprehensive content style guide that outlines Enpass brand voice,
tone, and visual identity.
Develop separate content strategies for B2C and B2B audiences, focusing on
relevant topics and content types.
Be a hands-on content creator, regularly contributing high-quality blog
posts, articles, and other content pieces for social media.
Manage the content creation process, working with designers, and other
specialists to ensure consistency and quality.
Oversee content distribution across various channels (website, social media (X &
LinkedIn), email marketing, etc.) including the creation, scheduling and
publication of posts to ensure brand voice consistency and message clarity.
Develop relationships with influencers and bloggers to promote Enpass content.
Track content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven
adjustments to the strategy.
Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity trends esp., authentication best
practices.
Ensure that all social media activities are aligned with Enpass brand guidelines
and voice, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
Develop creative strategies to enhance Enpass’s online presence on social
media platforms, increase engagement, and drive follower growth by exploring
innovative ideas and out of the box solutions.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: 1+ years of experience in content marketing strategy and execution
with a proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging content for B2C
and B2B audiences in the cybersecurity & SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for
different audiences.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
effectively.
Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of content marketing analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
