CTO / Full Stack Engineer for a new kind of Aviation Simulator Tool

I have built a new kind of Air Traffic Management / High Reliability Organisation simulator. The idea is to tackle 'Human Performance control' by leverging the idea of a socio-technical system and using my powerful HP calculator to predict in real time, based on demand of traffic, the human performance outcomes such as fatigue risk, human error risk and the human performance required to achieve the system performance.

I am looking for software engineers with a background in simulation tools, aviation, industrial design and with some idea of Human Factors and performance psychology who might be interested in partnering in a new kind of Tech Start up for Aviation and other industries. Ideally we will work together to find a few more engineers meaning that this role will become the CTO role.
