• Completed education in IT or economics
• Excellent communication skills, competence for mediation and conflict resolution
• Advanced language skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Personal enthusiasm for agility
• Scrum Master or Agile coach certification is an advantage
• Experience with tools for agile project management (Jira, Azure DevOps) is an advantage

The minimum annual salary for this position is € 43.078,-- and is based on the collective agreement for employees of service providers in the field of automatic data processing and information technology.
