At Lystio, we see property owners, renters, and real estate brokers struggling with outdated platforms that have limited functionality and an overwhelming UI. On one side, renters can’t find what they are looking for, and brokers spend countless hours and thousands of euros on inefficient advertising, slow communication channels, and repetitive administrative work vetting potential tenants.

We believe most of this can be automated and improved.

That’s why we are building Lystio. Our platform leverages AI to automatically verify listings, streamline communication, and match properties with ideal renters more quickly and accurately. We also provide integrated financial products, such as automated credit checks and payment solutions, making the entire rental process smoother and more secure. Instead of spending weeks filling vacancies or searching for the perfect home, Lystio takes care of the hard work—leaving you to focus on what matters. About the Role:
We are a well-funded startup looking for a Senior Frontend Developer. You'll work closely with our CTO to drive product development and play a crucial role in delivering features that elevate our platform.

Skills:

• Extremely proficient in frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS or Bootstrap, LESS/SCSS/SASS

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build the Lystio frontend from 0 to 1
• Collaborate with our designer, who will guide you in creating the intuitive UX/UI
• Play a critical role on a small team that values developing high-quality software,
• practices continuous improvement, and believes in rapid, iterative development in support of our product roadmap

Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years of professional hands-on experience
• Can leverage GPT/Claude/Cursor to accelerate their work
• Has built products from 0 to 1 with real users and revenue
• Is OK with not having product and design support all the time
• Is ALWAYS SHIPPING and WRITING CODE. We don't spend weeks planning
• features at Lystio, and we have few meetings
• Has a product and customer-focused mindset
• Has experience being "burned" and learned from it
• Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g., the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points

Bonus Points If You:

• Speak German
• Have a computer science degree or formal computer science/STEM background
• Have started a company before
• Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously

• €4.500 - €6.000 Euros per months. The compensation range offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, long-term incentives like equity and bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package.
