Our company offers 2 innovative products: a super app for booking, where users can easily book anything they need—whether it’s a taxi, a restaurant, a nanny, or a haircut—through one convenient platform; and an AI-powered personal assistant, combining human expertise with artificial intelligence to manage all types of requests via a simple WhatsApp message. We also use AI technology to manage bookings with our partners in the backend, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. We’re growing rapidly, with over 100,000 bookings per month! 🌍💡

We’re looking for an ambitious Product Owner with a strong focus on back-end technologies to drive our AI-enhanced roadmap. You’ll translate our vision into a strategic, actionable plan that emphasizes back-end optimization, AI-driven automation, and seamless partner integration.

Your Missions:

• Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on back-end features, ensuring AI-driven automation aligns with our strategic goals.
• Tech Collaboration: Work directly with both back-end and front-end teams to oversee the product lifecycle from planning to release, ensuring robust, high-quality integrations and feature launches.
• Back-End Process Automation: Collaborate closely with the back-end development team to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance user experiences, streamline partner API connections, and optimize operational workflows.
• API & Partner Integration: Lead the development of partner-focused features, including API integrations and reservation systems that scale to meet growing demand.
• Tool & System Optimization: Continuously assess and refine our tool stack—Zendesk, WhatsApp Automation, Aircall, etc.—to improve efficiency and ensure seamless interaction between Andy, users, and partners.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and performance data to guide decision-making, enhance back-end functionalities, and drive product prioritization.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance development processes for the back-end team to boost productivity, maximize product quality, and streamline operations.

Your Profile:

⏰ Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong background in back-end development and AI integration.
📢 Fluent in English.
💻 Expertise in agile methodologies, with hands-on experience managing back-end focused product backlogs and setting priorities.
📱 Proficient in working with front-end and back-end environments, ideally with API and AI-driven automation experience.
🎯 Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data insights to refine product features.
