Our company offers 2 innovative products: a super app for booking, where users can easily book anything they need—whether it’s a taxi, a restaurant, a nanny, or a haircut—through one convenient platform; and an AI-powered personal assistant, combining human expertise with artificial intelligence to manage all types of requests via a simple WhatsApp message. We also use AI technology to manage bookings with our partners in the backend, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. We’re growing rapidly, with over 100,000 bookings per month! 🌍💡

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will lead our AI-enhanced product roadmap, using technology to create an integrated, efficient user experience.

Your Missions:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development-to-release cycle, ensuring fluid collaboration between front-end and back-end systems to deliver high-quality, reliable features.
• AI-Driven Product Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and lead the technical roadmap to integrate AI-driven features that meet user needs and improve operational efficiency.
• User-Centric Design: Gather and analyze user feedback, ensuring that our products are both intuitive and aligned with customer needs.
• Partner and User-Focused Automation: Supervise AI integration for user interactions, partner API connections, and operational workflows, partner services and enhancing customer experience.
• Tool & System Optimization: Assess and optimize our tools (Zendesk, WhatsApp Automation, Aircall, etc.) and ensure they support seamless interactions between Andy, users, and partners.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and user insights to make informed decisions on product prioritization and feature development.

Your Profile:

⏰ At least 5 years of experience in product management.
📢 Fluent in English.
💻 Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
📱 Strong knowledge of both Front-End and Back-End environments.
🎯 Experience with AI in automation or operational processes is an asset.
⏳ Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
