The Eigen Foundation is looking for a Marketing operations lead to join the team. This is a full-time position that is fully remote in US time zones. Must be able to work PST time zone

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational excellence within our marketing organization! You’ll bring structure and a strategic vision to our internal processes while elevating our external brand-building efforts.
Your impact will span across multiple fronts, as you design and optimize processes that ensure timely execution of customer journeys, foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, and lead the operational success of our major marketing initiatives, like summits. You’ll also be at the helm of overseeing key team deliverables, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Communication and transparency are key, and you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interaction between teams and providing stakeholders with clear visibility into our actions—especially those that directly impact our tokenholders.
On top of that, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to establish and refine a marketing-wide measurement framework. By analyzing trends and OKRs, collaborating with analytics teams, and identifying key performance drivers, you’ll deliver actionable insights to take our campaigns to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency: Streamline marketing operations by developing processes for annual planning, quarterly reviews, budget management, payments tracking, project coordination, event planning, and reporting.
MarTech Integration: Research, evaluate, and introduce marketing technology tools to improve team effectiveness and enhance marketing efforts. Own the implementation roadmaps for new tools.
Measurement Framework: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement a comprehensive system for tracking and identifying performance and drivers.
Digital Assets Management: Oversee the ongoing updates and optimization of websites, online resources, landing pages, etc. ensuring content remains current and effective.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and monitor key marketing metrics and offer actionable insights for optimization.
Adaptability & Growth: Take on diverse marketing tasks with a hands-on approach, continuously expanding your skill set by diving into new projects and challenges.
Qualifications
Experience: Over 5 years in Marketing, Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations, ideally with exposure to the Web3 industry.
Analytical Approach: Uses data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy.
Collaboration: Skilled in working with distributed teams and excelling in cross-functional collaboration.
Project Management: Expertise in leading projects, building consensus, and driving deliverables with both internal and external teams.
Communication: Ability to simplify complex business problems and present them through clear, data-supported narratives.
Open-Mindedness: Embraces new ideas and values contributions from others—there’s no single “right” way as we innovate and iterate.
Ownership & Adaptability: Demonstrates resourcefulness, flexibility, and patience, with the drive to lead in a hyper-growth environment and industry
