Product and Supply Chain Manager

What You'll Do:
As our Product & Supply Chain Manager, you’ll wear two hats: overseeing Lil Smiley’s journey from design to delivery and making sure our supply chain runs smoother than a stand-up comic's timing. Here’s how you’ll make the magic happen:

• Product Development and Roadmap: Collaborate with the team to refine product features, coordinate design iterations, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to final version.
• Manage Supply Chain Operations: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Manufacturing Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing partners to oversee production schedules, quality control, and troubleshoot any manufacturing challenges. Ensure each Lil Smiley is made to perfection.
• Optimize Production and Costs: Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure we can scale up smoothly as demand for Lil Smiley grows.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure the delivery of materials meets our standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, Sales team, and Head of Licensing to ensure the product aligns with brand standards, market needs, and licensing agreements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that every Lil Smiley shipped out is up to your high standards. If it doesn't make people smile, it's not leaving the warehouse.
• Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management: Forecast demand, plan production cycles, and manage inventory to balance supply with market demand—ensuring we always have the right amount of stock.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics processes, ensuring that any hiccups are met with quick solutions.

• Manufacturing Know-How: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, vendor management, and quality control.

• Problem Solver: Quick on your feet with the ability to think creatively when faced with challenges in production, logistics, or inventory.

• Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
