Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented leader with a passion for digital marketing, strong financial industry experience, and a track record of scaling marketing efforts in high-growth environments. You will lead a team of marketers across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, email, and affiliate partnerships. This position will work closely with the product, sales, and analytics teams to drive growth and ensure our marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition across multiple channels, including paid media (PPC, display, social), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective growth strategies.
- Optimize conversion funnels across channels, leveraging A/B testing, personalization, and CRO best practices.
- Establish KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data and analytics to continuously optimize strategies.
- Enhance SuperMoney’s brand presence across the financial services ecosystem by positioning the company as a thought leader.
- Lead PR and media relations strategies to build brand awareness in the fintech and financial services sectors.
- Work closely with the product team to align marketing campaigns with product launches and updates, and partner with sales and business development to support lead generation and affiliate partnerships.
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and A/B testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
