Position Summary-

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project/Product Management Co-founder to join our leadership team and work alongside our current co-founders: the Technical Co-founder and the Operations/Financial Co-founder. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work hours to accommodate your schedule. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the project management aspect of our services, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our healthcare IT projects.

Key Responsibilities-

1.) Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with other co-founders to define the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment between technical development and project management.
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, managing resources and timelines to meet business goals.

2.) Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client projects, understanding their needs and ensuring all deliverables meet expectations.

3.) Team Coordination: Work closely with technical and operations teams to facilitate project workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

4.) Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain best practices for quality control, risk assessment, and project tracking.

5.) Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all projects adhere to healthcare industry standards, such as HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

6.) Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine processes for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

What We Need From You-

Experience: Strong background in project management, preferably with a focus on IT or healthcare projects. Experience in managing teams remotely is a plus.

Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to guide project teams, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with technical and financial operations leads.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies relevant to healthcare IT, including EHR systems, cloud services, and data security best practices.

Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.

Equity Breakdown and Commitment-

As a co-founder, you will hold 20% equity in Caire Healthcare Group. This equity reflects your crucial role in establishing and growing the company, ensuring your interests are aligned with the company’s long-term success. The equity distribution among co-founders is as follows:

• Founder: 40% (initial setup, investment, strategic vision)
• Technical Co-founder: 20% (technical leadership and infrastructure)
• Operations/Financial Co-founder: 20% (financial planning, operational management)
• Technical Project/Product Management Co-founder (You): 20% (project and product management expertise)
