UI / UX Designer

We're an AI product company that wants to transform the legal industry using generative AI. We're a rapidly growing team with a truly innovative product that is already being used at many top law firms in the country.

We're looking to hire a talented UI/UX designer who is passionate about building beautiful interfaces and new user experiences. You will excel at this role if you:

1. Have an eye for detail
2. Love creating and thinking of new user flows and experiences
3. Want to help build delightful products

You'll need the following skills:

1. Experience with Figma and communicating between product and development teams.
2. Familiarity with React + JS is a plus.
3. Familiarity with MUI, Tailwind, CSS
4. Attention to detail and ability to design and implement interfaces based on requirements

We're looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience, either through great independent projects or working with companies. You don't necessarily need a degree in CS as long as you have the right skillset.

We're happy to offer up to 12LPA based on experience and skills, along with ESOPs and other benefits. We're a fully remote team, and you can work from anywhere; if you're in Bangalore, we'll have occassional meetups. We offer great benefits like:

Our hiring process will have 3 stages: a telephonic screening round, a technical interview and a culture-fit interview.
