Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create and manage engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor social media analytics and optimize performance

Engage with followers and build a strong online community

B2B Lead Generation:

Respond to and qualify B2B inquiries

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns

Content Marketing:

Create and curate high-quality content (blog posts, articles, infographics, etc.)

Optimize content for search engines (SEO)

Distribute content through various channels

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns

Segment email lists and personalize content

Track email performance and make improvements

Paid Advertising:

Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads

Optimize ad performance and track ROI

Website Optimization:

Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement

Make recommendations for website enhancements

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance

Use data to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

6months-2years of experience in digital marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Knowledge of graphic design or video editing

Experience with CRM software
