What You Will Do
As a Professional Services Sales Consultant at Moveworks, you’ll be responsible for the scoping, estimating, documenting, and positioning of Professional Services Solutions to our new and existing customers. Working closely with our Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams, you will identify opportunities requiring the assistance of our Professional Services organization, and process those opportunities end-to-end.
You will play a foundational role in setting up the structural requirements needed to scale these processes to our entire Sales ecosystem, leveraging your expertise to develop a best-in-class perspective on selling services, and executing on and innovating on that approach as you receive feedback over time. Through these insights, you will also help to craft the future of our Professional Services offerings and help better position the value-add and success stories.

- You engage early on in the Sales cycle to position our Professional Services offerings
- You collaborate with Sales and Presales Solutions Engineers to understand the appropriate scope for Professional Services offerings, and engage with Customer Success Engineers to properly budget and plan to support that scope
- You author Statements of Work and Quotes for Professional Services, and position and refine these deliverables with customers and prospects
- You introduce processes and innovate on them in real time, through analysis of opportunities, reporting, and feedback from the ecosystem
- You develop collateral to effectively position our offerings to our customers and prospects, such as decks and documentation, scoping calculators, and success stories
- You will have the opportunity to leverage our growing ecosystem of partners to develop additional paths to selling our offerings
What You Bring To The Table
- You have 2+ years experience of selling Professional Services Solutions for a software solution (SaaS preferred) with enterprise customers
- You have experience building new processes, preferably within scoping, and solution design and positioning
- You have the ability to learn and maintain and understanding of the Moveworks platform, including more technical concepts such as extensibility use cases requiring the use of APIs
- You have a track record of success and exceeding targets
- You are process focused with strong problem-solving ability - always searching for a smarter, better way to achieve a goal
- You have experience building strong internal and external relationships throughout companies
- You are eager to take on new challenges and are comfortable operating in ambiguity
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- You are willing to travel 10-25% of the time
