Associate - Product Management

Role Overview:
As an Associate in Product Team at Circuit House, you will work with every team to tackle day-to-day challenges in developing our first set of products. You’ll be involved in every step of the product lifecycle, from brainstorming and strategy to execution and analysis, helping to shape the future of home entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Development: Collaborate with the product management team to execute product strategies, roadmaps, and releases.
• Daily Problem-Solving: Identify, prioritize and resolve day-to-day challenges that arise during product development and launch.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to ensure our products meet user needs and preferences.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver innovative product features on time.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions and track KPIs for product performance.
• Product Documentation: Assist in writing user stories, product briefs, and release notes to ensure clarity and alignment across the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for existing features and processes based on feedback and performance data.
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating product updates, roadmaps, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate programming skills in Python or equivalent languages
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role.
• A strong passion for consumer technology and home entertainment.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data analysis and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Curiosity in building automation solutions, dashboards and data scraping
