Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential vendors and travel service providers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Travokarma.
  • Utilize CRM automation and other marketing and sales tools to manage and streamline the onboarding process.
  • Conduct sales calls to onboard vendors, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Maintain and update sales records and vendor information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and organize sales calls.
  • Passion for the travel industry and an understanding of its dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Fixed stipend for minimum deliverables, with a variable component based on performance.
