Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Champion at Health Vectors is a pivotal role within our sales team, focused on building strong customer relationships, enhancing our outreach to new prospects, and continually improving our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:

  • Call cold and warm prospects.
  • Follow up and maintain constant contact with current and prospective clients.
  • Facilitate the sales process through telephone, fax, and email inquiries.

Sales Process Management:

  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely "Go Live" of services.
  • Maintain and manage the client dashboard, tracking metrics such as reports per day, revenue, and customer complaints.
  • Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections.

Revenue Generation:

  • Solicit and obtain orders, understand and interpret technical requirements, and develop accounts.
  • Research and identify potential accounts, build rapport, provide technical information, and prepare quotations.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Analyze and summarize competitor information and trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Customer Relations:

  • Lead resolution of all B2B and B2C customer complaints.
  • Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years in a sales or customer-facing role.

Education:

College degree required

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and brimming with ideas.
  • Passionate about achieving a robust customer portfolio.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
