What this job involves
o Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, products and services
o Develop a 3-year strategy with the head of BD to develop business in Italy
o Seek out the appropriate contacts in an organization and develop strong business relations
o Help to manage and develop existing client relations
o Understand the needs of Earthz clients and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
o Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
o Work strategically with the client – to ensure a coordinated approach between business development and service delivery
o Understand the Earthz business model and be able to discuss, negotiate and close out opportunities and support with conclusion of our contracts with the clients
o Also have a good understanding of the Earthz business lines and support with cross selling activities
o Work closely with the other departments within Earthz to support joint business development opportunities
o Follow up clients and ensure in all stages perfect communication and positive feedback from our client
o Plan promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
o Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
o Keep abreast of trends and changes in the real estate and the business world
o Work daily on Salesforce to ensure all information in saved and available for the whole team.
