We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. - Identify potential clients through market research and networking efforts. - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar software. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales performance. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector or technical sales. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. - Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are encouraged to apply. - A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
