As a Field Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for providing onboarding and ongoing enablement training and programs for all Go-To-Market teams. We are looking for a structured communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex to develop and deliver the training content, curriculum and programs that enable our Justworkers to be successful in their jobs.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Deploy a blend of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
- Measure new hire progress via KPIs and performance
- Ensure learners are progressing and ramping to plan and work with the field enablement team to contribute to the improvement of identified areas of opportunity
- Partner with the Center of Excellence and GTM teams in building upon the foundation of the Justworks’ new hire programming
- Assist in building a culture of learning throughout the organization
- Periodically facilitate everboarding programs for the GTM teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Clear communication - the ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years learning and development and/or revenue enablement experience
- Minimum of 2 years selling or servicing complex products/services
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding facilitation experience
- Proficient in adult learning theory
- Experience at a high-growth Saas company preferred
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $86,000.00 to $94,600.00 per year.
