Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in cold calling in the US market. The ideal candidate will work with OpsLyft to identify potential leads and initiate the first contact through cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US to generate leads for our FinOps product.
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, understanding their pain points, and assessing their potential fit for the company’s product.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's FinOps product to prospects.
- Schedule follow-up calls or arrange meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM systems and regularly update it with the latest information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve cold-calling scripts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial operations management, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional demeanor throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling to the US market.
- Previous experience in a DevOps or FinOps company is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Finance, or Marketing.
