Job description
Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Management: Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead Generation: Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads, leveraging SEO and advertising efforts.
  • Digital Listings: Ensure Workelevate is accurately listed in relevant digital estates and directories to enhance online visibility.
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor and manage online reviews, social media mentions, and other aspects of our online reputation to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO and advertising efforts. Use insights to make datadriven decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online advertising, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ORM and managing online brand presence.
  • Knowledge of additional marketing tools and software.
  • Previous experience in IT Services or Software Product.
